Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons like graduation and wedding season. However, we do accept last-minute bookings when available!

What time do you set up?

For surprise displays, we typically set up between 10 PM and midnight the night before. For non-surprise events, we can arrange morning setup.

What if it rains?

Our signs are weather-resistant. In case of severe weather, we'll work with you to reschedule or find an alternative solution.

Do I need to be home for setup?

Nope! Just let us know where you'd like the display and we'll take care of the rest.
